Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order with Alessandro Criló.

Orders & Production

All footwear is made to order and handcrafted in Campania, Italy. Production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. By placing an order you agree to this production timeline.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in EUR. We accept payment via WayForPay (card, Google Pay, Apple Pay) and Stripe (international cards). Full payment is required at the time of order. For cash payment, settlement is arranged individually upon order confirmation.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on the chosen delivery method and destination. You will be notified of tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each pair is made to order to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@alessandrocrilo.com.
